A maior dúvida entre a mulherada, é como hipertrofiar (Tamanho) dos quadríceps né! . Eu também já fui assim, confesso que tinha um certo complexo, mas, para que tudo melhore de acordo como você gostaria, você primeiramente precisa entender e ouvir o seu corpo. . Nem sempre o "treinar mais, é melhor." . Eu achava que treinar pernas 3x na semana, iria aumentar, porém estava errada, tive uma certa melhora, mas não chegava nem perto do que é hoje. Atualmente, treino perna completa 1x por semana, isso mesmo, 1x somente. Porque consigo recuperar e gerar anabolismo, mesmo assim, existem semanas que mesmo dando uma semana de descanso eu ainda sinto um pouco de dor, isso é porque treinei no meu limite no treino anterior (ótimo feedback), a pessoa que treina demais o mesmo grupo na semana, pode ter certeza que está treinando de forma submáxima e, isto não gera resposta! . E passo isso para as minhas clientes para que elas se superem a cada dia de treino, que não.... . Claro que muda muito de pessoa para pessoa, e eu direciono todas conforme a resposta individual de cada uma delas, mas nunca busco o exagero, busco eficiência. . Minha sugestão é simples, antes de sair pecando pelo exagero, peque pelo MUITO BEM FEITO, te garanto que terão mais resultados 😉. . ‼️How to be successful with weightloss‼️ 1.) What kind of weightloss is this? Do you have a lot of weight to lose or are you just looking to lean out? (There is a difference in methods for someone who needs to lose weight for health and someone who’s just looking to lean out) 2.) Give yourself TIME⏰ building muscle for a strong base will take time. Create a realistic training and nutrition approach. 3.) Motivation is TEMPORARY! “Well if you’re motivated you can do it” NOPE🙅🏼‍♀️ that’s just crap people say. You either have the discipline to want it or you don’t. 4.) If you do a quick fix, you will fail and rebound. My general rule of thumb is if I can’t go my whole life without a certain food- I’m NOT cutting it out of my diet! 5.) STRATEGY- think of it as a lifestyle change. Not just “get fit for Mexico” 6.) Calories in VS calories out. You must expend more calories than you take in. 7.) The goal is to cut out the least! Whether that is calories or adding cardio. You will adapt so no need to go crazy with an hour of cardio each day! Slowly increase cardio (maybe) slowly decrease calories. 8.) Personally, I will never label foods as a Cheat since that is correlated to “cheating on your diet” and I honestly don’t even call it a diet. The mental game is just as important if you have problems with food. 9.) Victories are not always scale-related! How is your energy? How do your clothes fit? How do you feel? 10.) Be patient and work hard. Carbs don’t make you fat. Cardio isn’t always needed to get lean. Muscle building takes time.
