Oblique Abs Workout 💪🏼 These are my go to exercises when I’m working on my obliques and wanting to tone my waist. One meal or five will have the same effect at the end of the day if the food is the same 2. If you want to lose weight, you need to be in a caloric deficit. There is no food you CAN’T have. Restrictive diets that tell you that you have to avoid certain foods are not worth following 5. This one's for my girls! It's all about our biggest insecurities... Cellulite and stretch marks.😱 And what to do about them! . When you lose weight, your body changes shape.. it takes a while for your skin to become tighter. A misconception though.. is that when you lose weight you will magically lose stretch marks and cellulite. Which isn't the case AT ALL. . You CAN'T get rid of stretch marks, just view them like scars.. they don't just go away. BUT!.. There's a big chance that they become less visible when you lose weight, because there's not as much pressure/irritation on the skin, it's not as tight anymore. So they will change colour, from purple/red to white. They also might shrink a little bit. I barely even notice mine anymore even though I was so bothered by them back in the day. . For cellulite though; it's a little more complicated.. because the amount of cellulite you have can be hereditary! If you're mother has a lot of cellulite, chances are that you have a lot of cellulite too! If you truly want to get rid of it completely.. you might have to drop to an unhealthy bodyfat level, and yet it still might be a problem then. . SO LADIES (or gentlemen with stretch marks, I know you're out there) the only way to make it affect you less and not make you as insecure.. is to STOP WORRYING ABOUT IT.. accept them for what they are! literally EVERY ONE of us has these stretch marks or cellulite.. some just a little more than others. get more confidence! Believe in yourself and your beauty. Seriously... The less you care about these (in my opinion) tiny little things, the less it affects you. You're BEAUTIFUL just the way you are.🖤🙏🏻 View them as a part of who you are
