The REAR DELT CABLE FLY ➡️ One of our favorite exercises to target the rear delts and one of the exercises we see performed incorrectly all the time. Many people perform rear delt exercises with the wrong form, using momentum to swing the weights around as opposed to using the muscle 🚫 Keep the weight LIGHT until you perfect your form (with this and ALL of your exercises!) 😀 We like to take the handles off the pulleys then position the pulleys so they are above your head. Grab the left pulley with your right hand and the right pulley with your left hand (they should crisscross in front of you).
