#Τυρόπιτα_light με #βρώμη #nutrition #diet Υλικά: • 4 αυγά • 80 γρ. τριμμένο κίτρινο τυρί 10% λιπαρά • 100 γρ. τυρί cottage • 80 γρ. λευκό κατσικίσιο τυρί (τύπου φέτα) • 150 γρ. στραγγιστό γιαούρτι 2% • 170 γρ. γάλα αμυγδάλου ή κανονικό • 1 κ.γλ. αποξηραμένο άνηθο • ½ κ.γλ. αποξηραμένο κρεμμύδι • 220 γρ. Πίτουρο βρώμης • 30 γρ. τριμμένο χρυσό λιναρόσπορο • Πιπέρι • 3 κ.σ ελαιόλαδο • 2 κ.σ. άμυλο ταπιόκας • 5 κ.σ ανάμεικτο άσπρο και μαύρο σουσάμι Εκτέλεση: Σε ένα μπολ τοποθετώ τα αυγά με τα μυρωδικά και το πιπέρι και χτυπάω είτε με σύρμα είτε με μίξερ πολύ λιγο. Προσθέτω τα τυριά το γιαούρτι και το γάλα και ανακατεύω ίσα ίσα να ενωθούν τα υλικά. Προσθέτω το πίτουρο βρώμης το λιναρόσπορο το άμυλο ταπιόκας και τις 2 κουταλιές σούπας ελαιόλαδο και ανακατεύω ξανά πολύ λίγο. Στο πυρέξ στρώνω λαδόκολλα, με ένα πινέλο βάζω ελάχιστο λάδι και τοποθετώ το μίγμα μου. Με το πινέλο λαδώνω με τη μια κουταλιά σούπας λάδι την επιφάνεια του μίγματος και καλύπτω την επιφάνεια με το σουσάμι. Ψήνω σε προθερμασμένο φούρνο στον αέρα στους 170 βαθμούς για 40-50 λεπτά μέχρι να πάρει ωραίο χρώμα. Δοκιμάζω με ένα μαχαίρι να δω αν ψήθηκε μέχρι μέσα. Διατροφική Αξία ανά μερίδα: Υδατάνθρακας: 30γρ Πρωτεΐνη: 7γρ Λίπος: 15γρ Θερμίδες: 420kcals

•YOU CANNOT OUT-TRAIN A BAD DIET‼️ . How do you view your training? . If it is something you do to punish yourself for what you eat, you’re moving in the wrong direction already. 🙅‍♂️ . Time and time again, we see people trying to compensate for a bad lifestyle with cardio and training. . They are stuck in a cycle of overeating, punishing themselves with workouts which increase their hunger and stress levels, only to end up overeating once again. . I’ve been there too, and let me tell you that there is literally NO way of hacking the process to get results if you aren’t willing to put in an effort with your nutrition. . If you don’t know where to go with this, here’s a good place to start! . 1. Plan your weight training in advance and be consistent with it regardless of how you perform in the nutrition department. . This means that your focus should be on progression and not on adding random exercises every time you overeat expecting you to burn more calories. . 2. Set an upper limit for your weekly cardio sessions. . As stupid as this sounds, there are people who will do hours of cardio a day expecting magic to happen. . If you have been constantly overeating and performing cardio to burn it off, it’s time you stop with the excess cardio and focus on the real problem ⬇️ . 3. Nutrition. Nutrition. Nutrition. . Fix it. You know you need to. . It isn’t as hard as you think it is. . You’ll always have the choice of eating lower calorie options wherever you go. . YOUR TRAINING HAS IT’S OWN PLACE. ✅ . YOUR NUTRITION HAS IT’S OWN PLACE ✅ . You need to dial both in. . YOU CANNOT DO BETTER IN ONE EXPECTING IT TO COMPENSATE FOR THE OTHER‼️ . A lot of people go to the gym. . L U N C H 🍽 .. بشاميل 😍 الطريقة في قدر شويه زيت وأحمس حبه بصل و ثوم وفلفل حسب الرغبه وبعدين أضيف لحم مفروم واقلبهم مع بعض إلى ما يستوي اللحم وبعدين أضيف ملعقة كبيره كل من الملح وبهارات المشكلة وفلفل اسود ومعجون طماطم وكيس مكرونة 🍝 وماء واغطي القدر إلى ما تستوي المكرونة . وبعدين في صينيه فرن اصب المكرونة واصب فوقها خلطة البشاميل / 🥣 🥛:( 4 أكواب ماء + 6 ملاعق دقيق + 8 ملاعق حليب بودره + علبه متوسطه جبن شيدر مبشور لايت نخلطهم مع بعض واذا ثقلت نطفي النار ونضيف لها فص ثوم مهروس ورشه فلفل اسود وملح . وجبن موزريلا لايت عالوجه وعالفرن تتحمر 🔥
