BEING OVERWEIGHT IS HARD
I know from firsthand experience that being overweight is not easy.. Its hard.
Very hard at times.
Waking up after sleeping 8 hours to STILL feel lethargic.
Seeing yourself in the mirror and being full of the disgust.
Putting on clothes that don’t even fit or look good on you… making you feel even worse.
Hearing comments regarding your weight from your closest friends and family.
Trying to do certain things but your body ends up being a limitation to so many activities.
There are times where you feel great, but there are more times that you feel not so great.
There are times where you are happy, but more than often there are times when you’re anything but happy.
Being overweight is hard, more difficult than you can imagine, regardless of what it looks like on the surface.
This, I know.
But one thing I know even better than that is…. GETTING IN SHAPE IS POSSIBLE.
Yes, getting in shape is a challenge, but it is nowhere near as challenging as dealing with a body that you can’t even look at.
Anybody, no matter where you are in this life, is capable of getting fit and healthy.
This is not out of your reach, in fact, its a lot closer to a possibility than just a mere dream.
Believe in it like it is, because the fact of the matter is… it is a possibility.
Start now, not tomorrow, but now.
Eat one healthy meal, do one workout, do SOMETHING.
Then do it again tomorrow
Before you know it…. You are sitting in the healthiest body you have ever had.
This is a beautiful feeling when all you ever knew was being overweight.
And this is possible, for you.
