🧚‍♂️Diyabet (Şeker Hastalığı) tanısı nasıl konulur? 💫✨Diyabet tanısında kullanılan en temel iki test açlık kan şekeri ölçümü ve şeker yükleme testi olarak da bilinen Oral Glukoz Tolerans Testi (OGTT)'dir. Sağlıklı bireylerde açlık kan şekeri düzeyi ortalama 70-100 mg/Dl arasında değişkenlik gösterir. Açlık kan şekerinin 126 mg/Dl'nin üzerinde olması, diyabet tanısının koyulabilmesi için yeterlidir. Bu değerin 100-126 mg/Dl arasında olması durumunda bireye OGTT uygulanarak tokluk kan şekeri araştırılır. Öğün başlangıcından 2 saat sonra kan şekerinin ölçülmesi sonucunda kan glukoz seviyesinin 200 mg/Dl'nin üzerinde olması diyabet hastalığının, 140-199 mg/Dl aralığında olması gizli şeker adı verilen pre-diyabet döneminin göstergesidir. But did you know there are so many different variations you can do? Not to mention the different equipment. - - Aside from pull-ups, curls is the primary exercise to isolate your biceps. Change it up! Use cables instead of dumbbells. Or hammer curls instead of standard. Or try them on an incline bench with your arms hanging down. Or to really intensify them, try slow negatives or half curls. - - There’s so many different variations you can do with one simple exercise. Sernik na zimno to to co uwielbiam! Owoce, galaretka i pyszna masa serowa. Świetny przepis dla tych co nie chcą przesadzać z węglami, a nie boją się tłuszczy! Potrzebujecie: - 500g Mascarpone - 450g serka Mój Ulubiony - 150g śmietany 22% - 2 żółtka. - 4 opakowania galaretki (u mnie 2 cytrynowe i dwie wiśniowe) - 1 łyżeczka żelatyny - biszkopty wrocławskie 75g - opcjonalnie cukier puder 75g Sery, śmietanę mieszam razem . Żółtka ucieram ( jeśli lubicie słodkie dodajcie cukier puder i utrzyjcie z żółtkami) Rozpuszczam dwie galaretki plus łyżeczka żelatyny w jak najmniejszej ilości gorącej wody. Wymieszana galaretkę, jajka, ser mieszam razem. Masę serową można wylać do silikonowej formy bezpośrednio. Poczekać aż trochę stężeje, ułożyć na wierzchu ulubione owoce i zalać rozpuszczona we wrzątku lekko tężejącą galaretką ( pozostałe dwa opakowania) lub wylać masę serową na wyłożone na papierze biszkopty. Makra bez biszkoptów i cukru pudru: ( na jeden kawałek) Kcal: 323 tłuszcze: 30,1g węglowodany: 7,8g białko: 5g

Being able to sit deep into a squat maintaining an upright torso and neutral spine because you’ve got great ankle dorsiflexion and hip mobility whilst you simultaneously overhead press a bar with a close grip showing off your fantastic thoracic extension and shoulder mobility💦 oooOOOOoOOooOaAAaaaaaaaA @emilydixoon suffers with any overhead work. Her mobility up top is severely restricted through we think, her desk job. When overhead pressing a barbell she was pushing the bar forwards, shifting her centre of gravity well in front rather than pressing the bar directly upwards with a straight bar path. I performed a simple test to check her lat mobility. Grabbing a PVC pipe with an underhand grip just wider than shoulder width, laying flat on a bench with her feet up to maintain a flat back, she let her arms fall backwards under their own weight. As you can see in the first picture her left side is severely restricted and the PVC pipe is twisted. We rolled her lat and tricep using a barbell as well as some PNF stretching and as you can see her overhead mobility drastically improved in just a few short minutes. Emily was then able to overhead press a barbell with a straight bar path and less discomfort. It is so important to prioritise mobility over weight. Yeah it’s cool to shoulder press 100kg, but if you can’t do it properly, why do it? If I had to pick one for the rest of my life, mobility and stretching or training (without mobilising), I’d pick mobility every time.

Too many people are looking for the easy way to lose weight, be healthier, and get fit. . People look to things like wraps, fad diets, or supplements that promise “XYZ” results. . Yes, I rep a supplement brand but I’ll be the first to tell you that if you don’t have your house in order, supplementation is just a waste of your money. . You don’t need a wrap to lose weight. . You don’t need to go keto/vegan/carnivore/etc to lose weight (though if eating that way is what you can adhere to long-term and your bloodwork is good - go for it) . You don’t need fat burners to burn fat. . You NEED to make positive changes to your lifestyle. .
