Tips on how to reduce hunger/eat less!
1. Drink tea
Now if fat-burning tea came to your mind or whatever nonsense of teas people are selling that is not what I am talking about, and in my opinion and many others, those teas don’t work. But in my experience, when I drink tea when I am hungry, my hunger goes away!
2. Drink mineral water
Mineral honesty has the same affect as tea! Plus it feels like you are drinking soda for all of my soda lovers. I don’t drink soda nor have had it in a while but it is still fun to drink
3. Intermittent Fasting
Ahhhhh IF, what a interesting thing! It has and hasn’t worked for me. Somedays when I do fast I binge and other days I don’t. Which I think the next tip is connected to this.
4. Eating ENOUGH
Don’t matter if u are losing weight or maintaining, I have experienced this greatly! I ate too little (even 1700-1800 was too little for me) Find what works for you! Find that sweet spot where you are still eating a good amount but still getting to your goals.
My advice to you if you want to lose weight is to decline calories slowly like around 50-100 calories every 2 weeks, it is slow I know, I hated it but it will benefit for the long run trust me. If you have the thoughts of “oh that’s too slow” or “but I want my perfect body now!” I WAS like you, and I get it, but you won’t make ANY progress if you have binges or a too low calorie diet. You want to prevent binges as much as possible, it’s the worst if you get stuck in that cycle. I hope you guys learned something! Have a great Tuesday!❤️
