🔥Mediterranean Lamb Bowl with Tahini Broccoli Slaw. 🍽🥘 . Flavor explosion! Or as I like to say… banging! . Here is how you can make about 3 servings: . 1.Season 1 pound of boneless lamb with a lemon pepper seasoning, juice of 1/2 lemon, and 1 tablespoon olive oil. I used Sadaf, but you can use whatever brand you’d like. Let sit for a few minutes, or if you have time, marinate overnight. . 2.While the meat is sitting, get your veggie/salad base ready. I started with a bag of broccoli slaw that I dressed with a tahini dressing. To make the dressing, I used 2 tablespoons tahini, juice from 1/2 lemon, sea salt, and 1 tsp freshly minced garlic. Mix everything together, then taste. You’ll have to add more tahini/lemon/salt based on your preference if you’d like. Then just toss with your broccoli slaw. . 3.Once I was ready to make the lamb, I got a pan ready on medium heat, tossed in 1 tablespoon of oil, and put the lamb in for about 5 minutes per side. These take about 10-15 minutes. Cook until they are no longer pink. Alternatively, you can grill these. Extra bonus points x 1000 if you use a charcoal grill. I didnt have time today. . 4.Then I started plating everything. I put the lamb on top of the broccoli slaw, added 1 sliced Persian cucumbers, some cherry tomatoes, and some herbs. I also added 1.5 tablespoon of baba ghanoush that I dressed with some sumac and minced garlic. . Sometimes it’s the little victory’s. ⁣ ⁣ It’s the small steps we take. ⁣ ⁣ The small goals we accomplish. ⁣ ⁣ This pull-up is not by any means the best, but 6 months ago I couldn’t even do this....⁣ ⁣ I’ve always struggled with my upper body strength. ⁣ ⁣ I made it a goal to force myself to try and do one pull-up a week. ⁣ ⁣ So that’s what I’ve been doing and I’m so close to getting ONE solid pull-up and that is my goal. ⁣ ⁣ Once I accomplish that then it will be 2 pull-ups, then 3, then 4 .....⁣ ⁣ As you can see in the video I’m pretty proud of that shitty pull-up cause it’s better then what I use to be able to do. ⁣ ⁣ That’s what matters. ⁣ ⁣ If there is anything I can ever help anyone accomplish please reach out and let me know cause I’m right there with you 💪🏻 #duespaid

There is absolutely nothing wrong with setting goals. I do it myself with alot of clients. However if you fixate on a specific goal, for example losing 10kg, then slog away at achieving that goal hating every minute of it. What happens when you lose 10kg. More often than not you pat yourself on the back and return to what you were doing before. The very habits that lead to you not being where you wanted to be in the first place. Instead make good habits your goals. Design a process that you enjoy by eating foods that you actually like and doing exercise that makes you happy and wait for the results to come.
