Выполните небольшую разминку и переходите к основной части из 10 упражнений, каждое из которых следует повторить 8-16 раз. ⠀ 💪🏻Встаньте рядом с диваном лицом к нему. Согните в колене и поднимите вверх правую ногу, поставьте ее на диван и перенесите на нее вес тела. Выпрямите правую ногу в колене и поднимитесь на диван, одновременно левую ногу согните в колене и поднимите вверх. Далее опуститесь на пол, проделав все движения в обратном порядке. While baby is sleeping mummy is training 🤩 ———— Simple et efficace quand on est dans une période où on a pas trop le temps pour la salle: - 4 séries de 30 squats + 30 good mornings - 4 séries de 30 hip trust + 30 levé de jambes avec élastiques - 4 séries de 30 jump squats + 30 fentes latérales - Gainage 4 séries de 1mn30 en alternants sur les côtés C’est toujours mieux de faire quelques choses que rien du tout. TRAINING DAY La seule manière de progresser c’est d’être régulier ! C’est valable pour tout. 🙌🏻 À défaut de courir, je me suis remise à faire des tractions, et comme j’aimerais retrouver le niveau que j’avais durant ma formation, je n’ai pas le choix, faut s’entraîner régulièrement. En vrai j’aime ce mouvement, j’aime le challenge qu’il représente. Il me permet de me dépasser un peu plus à chaque fois.
